I have my own personal written guided meditation which has taken me years to create.

The aim is to take you back to many of your past lives you have lived previously believe it or not you have lived 100’s of lives before this one

Group Past Life & Cord Cutting will take place in a quite room with relaxing low volume meditation music in the background you will be laying down on a yoga mat with pillow & blanket & eye mask so you are warm & comfortable.

I will guide you through the whole process from start to finish all you need is to be willing have a open mind & try not go sleep

We will access your Akashic records which are encoded in a non-physical plane of existence known as the mental plane.

Accessing your Akashic records helps you identify the unchanging core of our own individual selves and help us understand and eventually confront the fears/phobias and other energetic blocks and patterns we carry through from childhood and past lifetimes.

I use the Akashic records in my healing work to remove & cut the cords on past lives that may carry lower vibrations, imprints, and stuck energy that are inhibiting a soul’s evolution.

I use past lives to help create context and resolution through self-awareness. The simple act of acknowledging a past life has the potential to alleviate karma. Any time our consciousness expands in this way, we increase our potential for evolution.
